Multicultural Marketing

Great multicultural marketing campaigns are not just about multicultural marketing, but rather marketing to a multicultural America. By 2015, 10 of the biggest cities in the US will largely be multicultural with a combined spending power of 2.3 trillion dollars among the Latino, African American and Asian consumer markets. To reach this audience, advertisers must firstly develop a framework that promotes the recognition and appreciation of cultural diversity and differing ethnic identities within a larger society. CHRIS Marshall

Principal, Creative Director
Chris Marshall is an award-winning creative who has been working in broadcast and digital media advertising for almost twenty years. He has previously worked on video and digital campaigns for CPG, automotive and healthcare clients. With a Bachelor’s degree in Radio & Television Arts and an extensive background in marketing, creative strategy, directing, production and post-production, Chris has a reputation with clients and colleagues alike for never losing sight of the art in advertising.


DYLEN Postnikoff

Principal, Managing Director
With a Master of Arts degree in International Relations, Dylen Postnikoff uses her global perspective to create opportunities. Her years of expertise in marketing, advertising and production, along with her ability to think creatively while developing business, has built dynamic and lasting relationships with our clients and partners.


AYDA Mehrjou

Finance Manager
Bringing to the table a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of British Columbia and years of experience providing business consulting services, Ayda uses her knack for numbers, her astute business acumen, and her superhero-like attention to detail to ensure that operations at Hank run like a well-oiled machine.



LISA Andrews

Creative, Interactive Design & Development
Lisa is an Aussie export with a bachelor of Multimedia, Animation and Film Production. She has 8 years of industry experience in digital and web development, bringing together the experience of both designer and developer into cross-platform solutions that combine a range of different media into a responsive user platform. Lisa is also a frequent traveller, live music lover, and avid tea-drinker with a penchant for Tardis-shaped objects.



Creative, Communications & Staff Writer
Fresh off a degree in Communications from Simon Fraser University, Zlatina saw Hank as a great place to flex her creative muscles and put her newfound knowledge to good use. Passionate about social media and community engagement, Zlatina hopes to one day use these skills to take over the world.


TIM Symes

Motion Picture Editor & Colourist
With a Bachelors degree in Broadcasting from the University of Cornwall, Tim is not your typical bumbling English Stereotype. He escaped the rain in London to experience rain in other countries. His passion to create and tell stories through his editing has allowed him to work with some terrific clients in London, and looks forward to continuing that trend in Vancouver with Hank.

Hank Film Studios, with offices in Los Angeles and Vancouver, is dedicated to long-format video and film production, title design and motion title sequences. We live, breathe and execute each project through a mix of artistry, creative enthusiasm and innovative technologies giving each production a unique personality. Using live action, 2D and 3D animation, we specialize in pushing the boundaries of convention to bring forward new and amazing visual experiences.
